Order Processing
When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.
Same-Day Shipping Cut-Off
Orders placed before 11:00 AM Central Time (CST) on a business day are generally eligible for same-day shipping.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will usually ship on the following business day.

Free Shipping
OREI offers Free Standard Ground Shipping on eligible domestic (U.S.) orders. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.

11. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
