All OREI products come with a USA plug on the power supply by default. However, the plug type you receive may vary depending on where you order from and where the item ships from.

What do I receive when ordering from the OREI website?

If you order directly from the OREI website, you will receive a USA power supply. A plug adapter relevant to your country is included at no extra cost.

What do I receive when ordering from Amazon.com outside the USA?

If you order from Amazon.com, which is the USA site, and your order is shipped outside the USA, you will typically receive a USA power supply only. In many cases, a plug adapter will not be included. These products usually ship from Amazon warehouses in the USA.

What do I receive when ordering from Amazon regional websites?
