Understanding Copy Output 1
EDID code 01010 copies the EDID from the display connected to HDMI Output 1.
Use this setting when:
- Output 1 is connected to the primary display
- The source should follow the primary display’s capabilities
- Every other display supports the same resolution and audio format
If another display has lower capabilities than the Output 1 display, that display may not show video or play audio correctly.
Understanding PC Control Mode
EDID code 00000 is identified as PC control mode.
The manual does not provide software, connection instructions, or configuration procedures for this mode. The Micro-USB SERVICE port is described as a firmware update port.
Supported Color Depth and Color Space
| Video Format | Supported Color Depth |
| 1080p@60Hz | 8-bit, 10-bit, 12-bit |
| 4K@60Hz YUV 4:4:4 | 8-bit |
| 4K@60Hz YCbCr 4:2:2/4:2:0 | 8-bit, 10-bit, 12-bit |
Supported color spaces include:
- RGB 4:4:4
- YCbCr 4:4:4
- YCbCr 4:2:2

| PCM 2.0 |
| PCM 5.1 |
| PCM 7.1 |
| Dolby 5.1 |
| DTS 5.1 |
| Dolby TrueHD |
| DTS-HD |
The selected EDID setting determines whether the source outputs stereo, Dolby/DTS 5.1, or HD Audio 7.1.
IMPORTANT — This Is Not an Audio Extractor
The UHDS-1016 passes audio through HDMI but does not provide separate audio extraction outputs.
| Audio Feature | Support |
| HDMI audio pass-through | Supported |
| Optical audio output | Not listed |
| Analog audio output | Not listed |
| Coaxial audio output | Not listed |
| ARC/eARC extraction | Not listed |
Use a separate HDMI audio extractor if dedicated audio outputs are required.
